If it is not possible to place the router in direct line of sight from the raccoon, without obstacles, then we recommend that you purchase a WiFi signal amplifier and place it near the toy. In this case, it is better that the name of the network from the amplifier matches the name of the home network and its password. In this case, the toy will automatically connect to a new signal, but only if the signal from the router is completely lost. Text files are played with docx extension, other files cannot be played. Downloading a text file depends on the size of the file and can be quite long, up to 3 minutes, since the toy must first translate all the text into sound and then start playing it.
