Our toys are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. The service life of the toy is 2 years.

All requests for breakdowns, marriages and returns are carried out through the support service in WhatsApp. When applying, indicate the reason for non-work, date and place of purchase. If the breakdown occurred outside the warranty period or due to careless handling of the toy, misuse, in this case, delivery to Moscow and back to the sender is at the expense of the user, but we will repair the toy free of charge during the entire service life. This also applies to battery replacement.
